Detailed instructions (please read the instructions below carefully):
- Your child shall take the supplement every morning at breakfast, for 28 consecutive days, without making any other changes to their usual routine.

- To ensure accurate results, your child must avoid certain foods at breakfast—specifically grapes, berries, cocoa, and tea, as they naturally contain compounds already present in the supplement.

Your child will complete short online mini-games (max 15 minutes) at four key times:

These games should be done in the morning, after a similar breakfast and at the same approximate time, to ensure focus and consistency.
