The story
From one Paris panel to a network on four continents.
- 1997Founded near ParisAna De Lemos and Jean-Yves Lacolle set up SYRES as an independent institute for consumer tests and sensory analysis. It becomes a reference in cosmetics and hygiene testing.
- 2005Singapore opensFirst office outside France, to test with Asian consumers in local conditions. SYRES joins ESOMAR the same year.
- 2006ISO 9001Quality management certified: protocols, recruitment and reporting follow the same written standard in Paris and Singapore.
- 2010sBeyond beautyFood, household, supplements, hair, oral and pet care join the sectors tested. The Club SYRES community brings panellists online.
