Our panel
10,000 Singaporeans who tell you the truth about your product.
Recruited one by one, verified by selfie, described by more than 300 data points and re-qualified before every study. Not a survey sample bought for the occasion: a panel we have grown on Orchard Road since 2019.
Who they are
The region, in one city.
Singapore is the only place where Chinese, Malay, Indian and a dozen other Asian and expatriate communities live, shop and use the same products under the same climate. The panel reflects it.

How we keep it honest
A panel is only as good as its discipline.
Size is easy. The work is in verifying who people are, matching them to the right study and keeping their skin and their judgement fresh.
- Verified at sign-upA recent selfie checked against the declared profile before the first invitation.
- Screened per studySelf-declared data is re-checked with a screener written for each brief, then confirmed one to one on WhatsApp.
- One study at a timeNo panellist tests two products simultaneously.
- Two months of restBetween two tests, so the last product cannot influence the next result.
- Blind by defaultNeutral packaging. Brand and name are revealed only after the product launches.
- Paid on completionThe e-voucher is earned by a complete questionnaire and correct use. Drop-outs are recorded, and their reasons.
