How it works

- Step 2Apply to invitesWhen a test matches your profile you get an invitation. Answer a short screener to confirm.
- Step 3Get your kitWe confirm on WhatsApp and deliver to your doorstep, or you collect at our Orchard Road test bar.
- Step 4Use and shareUse the product as instructed for the test period, then complete the questionnaire honestly.
- Step 5Receive your e-voucherEmailed within four weeks of the end of the test.

Do I have to pay to become a product tester?
No. Being a panellist is free, and forever will be. Test products are given to you in full size, exactly as they will be sold.
How does the selection process work?
For each test we select panellists whose declared characteristics match the client's criteria, send them a screener to double-check, then confirm participation on WhatsApp and arrange delivery.
You may only take part in one test at a time.
Are the products safe?
All products have undergone clinical and dermatological tests before reaching you. It is as safe as buying the product at the counter.
Where do the products come from?
From leading global brands. Products are given in neutral packaging so the brand does not influence your opinion; the name is shared only after launch, six to nine months later.
When will I receive my voucher?
Within four weeks after the end of your test. You are not eligible if the questionnaire was not submitted, the product was not used as instructed, or you stopped for cosmetic reasons such as disliking the colour or fragrance.
Why wait two months between tests?
So your skin gets a rest and the last product cannot affect the next study's results.
