- The cold presser: requires ice cubes and a wash cloth. Wrap the ice cubes and apply it for 20 minutes under your eyes. This helps to reduce swelling and shrinks blood vessels,
- The soaker : requires two black or green tea bags soaked in hot water for 5 minutes. Allow the teabags to cool in the fridge for 20 mins. Apply the cold teabags on your eyes for 20 minutes and rinse after. The Caffeine and antioxidants in the teabags could aid in blood circulation, shrink blood vessels and reduce liquid retention beneath the skin.
