Today we take you behind the scenes at SYRES, where consumers express themselves freely and every word, every emotion, every gesture tells a story. In a world dominated by numbers, it is essential to listen to what consumers really have to say. Qualitative studies decode perceptions, emotions and expectations in depth. They bring to light what statistics alone cannot reveal.
- Focus groups: rich, spontaneous exchanges where ideas circulate, sometimes clash and often complete each other.
- Thematic sessions: targeted discussions around a precise subject, to dig into perceptions and identify levers for action.
- Individual interviews: confidential one-to-ones to surface the most intimate and authentic feelings.
To obtain sincere feedback you have to create a climate of trust. That is why we designed an immersive, welcoming space, in the image of the exchanges we want to encourage. Every participant must feel free to speak without filter or judgement.
A successful qualitative study is above all a moment of genuine exchange. It is where brands discover what makes their consumers tick, what holds them back and what moves them.
